If you are within the return policy and wish to return or exchange an item, please call your account specialist at 1.877.987.2284 to arrange your return or exchange. ALL returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to being returned to our office and to be issued a credit or exchange.

Shipping charges for your order will not be refunded. GoldenDent is not responsible for the shipping costs for returned product to our office. We do not provide return labels. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the product to apply any refund to the payment method used for the order.

Penguin RFA

Limited 30-days from the delivery date.

The Penguin offers a limited 30-day return period where such product may be returned to GoldenDent. The consumable aspects of the system (i.e., the Multipegs) are non-refundable. The amount of any refund will be reduced by the Multipeg’s ordered with the Penguin device.
 

Wagotrix Sectional Matrix System

Limited 30-days from the delivery date.

Wagotrix offers a limited 30-day return period where such product may be returned to GoldenDent. Since the product is mainly consumable, $50 will be deducted per intro kit for any complete kits refunded within 30-days from the delivery date. If the matrix instruments are not returned with the kit, an additional $75 fee will be deducted from any refund per kit in addition to the standard $50 deduction per kit.
 

Specifically Stated Non-Refundable Items Include:

All Burs, including the MD Guide Intro Kit Burs are non-refundable.

Regenerative Materials - including, but not limited to, GoldOss Allograft, Osteogen Plugs, Membranes, Bioviva, Collaplugs or other graft materials are non-refundable. Due to the specific requirements associated with these products (e.g., temperature, storage, shelf life) no returns or exchanges will be accepted. It does not matter if the product has not been openened as we cannot ensure it was properly stored for heat and/or cold temperatures.

Unpackaged X-Ray Gloves are non-refundable. We can accept gloves returned within 30-days that are unopened.

Smart Dentin Grinder Intro Kit and Consumable Kit are non-refundable.

Unpackaged Sutures are non-refundable. We can accept sutures returned within 30-days that are unopened.

Retractors are non-refundable.

Batteries for any product, including VibraJect batteries, are non-refundable.

Wagofil Composite is non-refundable, even if the product is unopened.

All dental mirrors and mirror related products including the M1, M2, M3, M5, M6 and M7 mirrors.

All PPE related items are final sale and non-refundable items.

including Curing Light, Electric Motors, Scalers, Air Polishers, Lasers, Obturation System, Apex Locators, Endo Motors & Any Other Woodpecker Branded Items not specifically listed
 
Limited 15-days from the delivery date.
 
The Woodpecker Branded Products offers a limited 15-day return period where such product may be returned to GoldenDent. The consumable aspects of the system, if any, that are opened and used (e.g., obturation tips, laser tips, curing light sleeves) are non-refundable. The amount of any refund will be reduced by the stated retail cost of the used consumable items, or any consumable items not returned with the product.  Additionally, any refund will be reduced by missing items. For example, if the item is returned without the power cord, your refund will be reduced by the retail price of a power cord.
 
If any retuned product is damaged, scratched or not in “like-new” condition IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING upon inspection the item cannot be returned even if within the stated 15-day policy.
 
Do not stick any label on the original packaging of the product and ship the returned product inside another outer shipping box to prevent damage to the original product packaging.
