Product Warranty

GoldenDent offers a warranty on all of its products based in the useful lifetime of the product. If you purchase a product that is determined to have a manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged if the product is within the stated warranty period for the product from the invoice date. Please contact our office if you believe that any product you purchased has a manufacturing defect within the stated warranty period from the date of purchase. Any warranty is void if the product has been subject to misuse or abuse, or the proper sterilization instructions, or instructions for use, have not been followed. Please see the product packaging for full warranty details, which can be summarized as follows -

The Physics Forceps instruments are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The bumper guard accessories are disposable and not covered by any warranty period.

All GoldenDent branded stainless steel instrumentation (e.g., forceps, elevators, root tip picks) are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The Penguin ISQ implant device is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The VibraJect device is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty will not apply if the motor has been heat sterilized.

The Spotter Implant Locator (Implant Finder) device is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The accessories are warranted for 6 months from the purchase date. Sensors are consumable and are not covered by any warranty period.

The Yirro Mirror device is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Consumables (mirror heads, handles, cleaning boxes, autoclave caps, etc.) are excluded from warranty for damages caused by normal use of the products or caused by the cleaning or sterilization process.

The Smart Dentin Grinder device is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The consumable aspects are disposable or limited use and are not covered by any warranty.

The WAMkey device is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The MD Guide device is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The Flex Series Instrumentation carry a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects (rust, loosening and breakage). Cutting edges, carbide jaw inserts and handle locking mechanisms are guaranteed for 1-year.

All Motranser mirrors distributed by GoldenDent are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship when used for their intended dental purpose. All Motranser mirrors have a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty, which only applies to the system components: air control system/valve, suction connection parts, supplied tubing, mirror holders, and LED light source. Consumables such as mirror handles, mirror heads, mirror lens, mirror cap covers are not covered by the warranty.

All Consumable Products, such as regenerative materials (GoldOss Allograft, Sutures, Composite, Osteogen Plugs, Wagotrix Sectional Matrix System, Membranes, Hemostatic Gauze, Collagen Plugs, Burs, Bumper Guards, etc.) are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Any other non-listed items are covered by our GoldenDent 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
