Building the Foundation for Implants and Socket Preservation Through Innovative Atraumatic Extraction Techniques

1-hour webinar – February 28, 2012 - 8pm EST – 5pm PST

Let’s face it, if you are not doing extractions, you are likely not doing implants and socket preservation in your practice. Exodontia is often the first step or building block to growing your practice to incorporating other procedures, such as socket preservation and implants. In today’s economy, coupled with a growing aging population requiring extractions, there is simply no reason to not perform difficult extractions in your practice, followed by socket preservation and ultimately offering implants. If you are already performing extractions in your practice using conventional instruments, this webinar is still for you, where with today’s innovation in exodontias instruments, performing atraumatic extractions has never been easier, more predictable or profitable. Exodontia and the instruments available have been relatively unchanged in 200 years until the invention of the Physics Forceps.

As dentists, we are always looking for better, faster and simple –and now we have it with the Physics Forceps. During this 1-hour webinar, you will learn how to:
  • Predictably and atraumatically extract a tooth in less than 2 minutes (including difficult extractions);
  • Preserve the bone for immediate implant placement or dentures;
  • Perform various socket preservation procedures that can be simple, provide great clinical benefits for the patient, and be very profitable for you;
  • Eliminate root tip fractures;
  • Make extractions profitable, simple and predictable;
  • No longer refer your extraction patients out of your office, which will please your patients and help grow your practice; and
  • Thrive during tough economic times by incorporating extractions into your practice.
In addition to these topics the presenters will provide various other clinical tips and be available for any questions at the end of the presentation.

We invite you to join us to learn more about the revolutionary Physics Forceps and what they can do for you, your practice and your patients.

About the Presenters
Dr. Michael Silverman is a globally-recognized dental innovator, educator, author and patients’ rights advocate. He has appeared in front of 18 dental boards to advocate for the right of dentists to provide sedation in an environment of safe and reasonable regulations. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and a passionate believer in lifelong Continuing Education (CE), he has changed the way thousands of dentists practice and continues to impact dentistry as a champion of safe and effective oral and IV sedation. As a general dentist with over 28 years of experience, Dr. Silverman first began studying anesthesia and sedation—including a mini-residency in IV sedation at Montefiore Hospital in Bronx, NY. Seeing the tremendously positive impact sedation treatments had on his patients—and the incredible need throughout the U.S.—he joined forces with Dr. Anthony S. Feck to found the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS Education) in 1999. Dr. Silverman is also the President of two additional dental-focused companies: RAMP, the world’s largest full-service dental advertising agency, and b2d Marketing, a rapidly growing dental and medical marketing company.

Dr. Ara Nazarian maintains a private practice in Troy, Michigan, with an emphasis on comprehensive and restorative care. He is a Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has conducted lectures and hands-on workshops on aesthetic materials and dental implants throughout the United States, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. Dr. Nazarian is also the creator of the DemoDent patient education model system.
