Building the Foundation for Implants and Socket Preservation Through Innovative Atraumatic Extraction Techniques
1-hour webinar – February 28, 2012 - 8pm EST – 5pm PST
Let’s face it, if you are not doing extractions, you are likely not doing implants and socket preservation in your practice. Exodontia is often the first step or building block to growing your practice to incorporating other procedures, such as socket preservation and implants. In today’s economy, coupled with a growing aging population requiring extractions, there is simply no reason to not perform difficult extractions in your practice, followed by socket preservation and ultimately offering implants. If you are already performing extractions in your practice using conventional instruments, this webinar is still for you, where with today’s innovation in exodontias instruments, performing atraumatic extractions has never been easier, more predictable or profitable. Exodontia and the instruments available have been relatively unchanged in 200 years until the invention of the Physics Forceps.
As dentists, we are always looking for better, faster and simple –and now we have it with the Physics Forceps. During this 1-hour webinar, you will learn how to:

simple, provide great clinical benefits for the patient, and be
